Move through the water like a dolphin without wasting energy. Spend minutes below the surface experiencing the underwater environment as a marine mammal would, using one breath.

Free from SCUBA diving equipment you can glide silently with turtles or descend to the bottom for a close encounter with one of the rays and swim with the other colourful marine life.

Freediving is very popular in Tenerife as we have crystal clear warm water all year round and a wide range of freediving locations. One popular spot is the El Penon wreck, easy to reach, maximum depth 32 meters a great wreck that has a wide variety of marine life.

If you would like to extend your skills or train yourself on freediving techniques we can support by placing descent, ascent lines to a maximum depth of 40m. There is also the option of having the assistance of a safety diver
