You can begin the PADI Adventure Diver eLearning right now, at your convenience, and in your preferred language—whether you're at home or even on your flight to Tenerife. To complete your certification, you'll simply join us at our dive center for a quick theory review and three exciting open water dives. * Our policy allows for a free cancellation within 48 hours. However, please note that the fee off €135 for the PADI eLearning is non-refundable. Should you choose to acquire the PADI eLearning initially, the remaining balance of the total course fee will be due upon your arrival at the dive center.

Our PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course significantly boosts your skills, opening up new adventures here in Tenerife! You'll complete five Adventure Dives, including the mandatory Deep Dive (to 30m/100ft) and Underwater Navigation Dive, building crucial foundations. What is the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course?

The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is the next step after Open Water Diver. You complete five supervised Adventure Dives with a PADI Instructor, including Deep and Underwater Navigation, plus three selected dives based on experience and local conditions.

Who can join the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course?

You need to be certified as a PADI Junior Open Water Diver, PADI Open Water Diver or hold an equivalent entry-level diving certification.

The minimum age is 12 years. Divers aged 12 to 14 earn a Junior Advanced Open Water Diver certification with age-related depth and supervision limits.

How does the PADI Advanced Open Water course work with Aquarius?

You complete five training dives over 2 days, combining the required Deep and Underwater Navigation dives with three Adventure Dives chosen around conditions and course package.

Before each dive, your PADI eLearning and instructor briefing prepare you for the skill focus of that dive.

The PPB package runs over 3 days, giving your buoyancy development extra water time instead of squeezing it into the standard schedule.

Which Adventure Dives can I do in Tenerife?

Deep and Underwater Navigation are required for the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course. Your other dives depend on your age, experience, sea conditions, logistics and training goals.

Popular choices include Wreck, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Night Dive and Digital Underwater Photography, with dives from boat, shore, or a combination depending on the best and safest training result.

What can I do after becoming a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver?

After certification, divers aged 15 and older can dive to a maximum depth of 30 meters/100 feet, within the limits of their training and experience. Junior Advanced Open Water Divers aged 12 to 14 have a maximum depth of 21 meters/70 feet.

Good next steps are PADI Rescue Diver, PADI Enriched Air Diver Nitrox, PADI Deep Diver and further buoyancy training.
