All prices are clearly shown on our website. Prices may change frequently. The prices applicable to each order are those shown at the time the order is placed.
Prices are shown as follows:
For orders shipped within the Canary Islands, I.G.I.C. is already included in the product price shown on our website. Therefore, I.G.I.C. and any sales taxes are already included, and you will be charged only the product price and shipping fees.
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, VAT and sales tax will be included in the product prices shown on our website if the product(s) are shipped from a European Union country.
For orders shipped from the Canary Islands to a European Union country or the rest of the world, IGIC, VAT, and any customs fees are not included. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order is shipped. The courier will charge you directly for any taxes or customs fees. Because taxes and customs fees may depend on the product category and declared amount, we are unable to provide further details. We recommend consulting your local customs office, which can assist you with further information.
Our shipping fees are calculated based on the destination. When you add an item to the basket, the applicable shipping fees are shown, and you can select a delivery option once all items have been added to the basket.

Delivery
When placing an order, you can view the delivery options once all items have been added to the basket. Aquarius Divecenter S.L. will ship your order to the address you provided when placing the order. To ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, the courier company requires a signature to confirm successful delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the driver will make another delivery attempt or take your parcel to the local post office or depot, where it will be held securely.
If your parcel cannot be delivered for any reason, such as an incorrect address, incorrect delivery details, or refusal of the parcel, it will normally be returned directly to us. Please keep in mind that we can refund only the product price paid once the parcel has been returned to our warehouse and the returned item(s) have been verified. The product price paid will be refunded using the same payment method used to place the order. Paid shipping fees cannot be refunded.
