Our approach

Gas blending is one of those jobs that looks simple until you understand what is really involved. You are not just filling cylinders. You are working with oxygen, pressure, target mixes, analysis, labels, records and procedures that other divers depend on.

At Aquarius, your Tec Gas Blender training is taught directly by Harry. With 27+ years of experience in gas blending and oxygen-service preparation for cylinders, valves and regulators, the course is taught from real dive-center practice, not only from theory. We use proper tools and procedures, including oxygen-cleaning equipment, ultraviolet light and pH measuring where relevant.

This course also introduces oxygen-service awareness, but it does not make you a full brand-specific equipment service technician. DAN explains why oxygen cleaning and contamination control require a planned, tested and effective procedure when scuba equipment is used with high oxygen percentages.

Accuracy Before Speed – You learn to think in target mixes, analysis, labeling and records before treating cylinder filling as a routine job.

Oxygen Demands Respect – We focus on oxygen handling, contamination control, oxygen-service awareness and safe fill-station habits.
