If you have never dived before, start with Discover Scuba Diving or the PADI Open Water Diver course. If you are already certified, the best next step depends on what you want to improve: confidence, depth, navigation, buoyancy, Nitrox, rescue skills, technical diving or professional-level training.
For most divers, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver is the strongest next step because it gives you more guided experience and introduces different types of diving. If your goal is longer dives, better control or more specific skills, Nitrox, buoyancy training, Deep Diver or other specialties can also be a smart choice.
For many PADI courses, theory can be started before your holiday with PADI eLearning. That means you arrive better prepared and can spend more of your Tenerife time in the water instead of sitting in a classroom.
No, you do not need your own equipment for most PADI courses at Aquarius Dive Center. We provide quality dive equipment, and as a Scubapro Demo Center, we train with gear we know, trust and use ourselves.
Yes. After successfully completing a PADI certification course, your certification is recognised by dive centers around the world. Tenerife is where you train, but your new diving opportunities do not stop here.
