Do you offer a pick-up service?
Yes, under the following conditions. All pick-ups mentioned on this website are valid for hotels and accommodations located between El Medano and Callao Salvaje to our dive center in El Fraile. We do not offer a pick-up service if your hotel or accommodation is outside this range and the same applies if the altitude from the pick-up service is 300 meters / 985 feet or more above sea level.
We offer free transfers to all dive sites from our dive center and back. Exception is when government law says otherwise (for example, due to COVID-19 restrictions). In that case, the customer must provide his own transport at his own expense.
We use two 9-seater Van’s and two 7 seat MCV’s.
If you need our pick-up service, please contact us about the possibilities.
What do I need to know about taking part in diving activities with you?
Check-in time is 09:00 am for the first dive of the day, or a course. To plan for a next day activity or arrange air fills, we are open till 05:30 pm.
As a diver, participating in our guided shore and boat dives, you need to bring dive certification and logbook. To comply with legal requirements in The Canaries you must have valid dive insurance. We need to see proof of this. The law also require SMB and whistle.
You will be required to fill out some paperwork at the dive center;
1: Statement of Risk and Liability form
2: Standard Safe Diving Practices, Statement of Understanding form
3: Medical Statement form stating that you have no medical condition which would prevent you from diving. If you have such a medical condition then a medical certificate signed by a doctor will be required.

Do I need to bring my own SMB, spool and whistle?
