Course Booking Details

Book your PADI DSMB Diver course with Aquarius Dive Center Tenerife. This practical specialty develops the preparation, control and awareness needed to deploy a delayed surface marker buoy safely and confidently during open-water dives.

The Standard Package can normally be completed in one day and includes PADI eLearning, dry practice and two open-water training dives. You can also combine DSMB deployment skills with the complete XTend on TB program for greater control of trim, buoyancy and stability during deployment.

Booking options:

• Standard Package: one day, PADI eLearning, dry practice, two open-water dives and PADI DSMB Diver certification.
• Control Package: three days and five integrated training dives combining DSMB skills with XTend on TB, leading to PADI DSMB Diver and Peak Performance Buoyancy certifications.

Includes:

• PADI DSMB Diver training with Aquarius
• PADI eLearning for the selected package
• Two open-water training dives with the Standard Package
• Five integrated training dives with the Control Package
• Use of SCUBAPRO dive equipment, DSMB and spool during the course
• PADI DSMB Diver certification after successful completion
• Complete XTend on TB training and PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy certification when the Control Package is selected

Before you book:

• Minimum age: 12 years
• PADI Junior Open Water Diver, PADI Open Water Diver or qualifying equivalent required
• Valid dive insurance is required
• Medical fitness to dive is required
• Proof of certification and any requested medical clearance must be provided

• PADI eLearning and digital materials are non-refundable once assigned, ordered or paid.
• The remaining course price follows our 48-hour free cancellation policy.
• Dive insurance is not included in the course price, but can be arranged at the dive center if needed.
• Dive sites and training logistics are selected according to conditions, diver readiness and the safest training result.
• Pickup, when available or arranged, must be confirmed with Aquarius before the course.
