PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy course
Divers who have mastered the art of the advanced performance levels in PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy – (PPB), stand apart from others. You see them underwater, they move effortlessly and as a result use less air. They ascend, descend or hover, as if it was second nature to them, and it is!
The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Course refines, and builds on the basic skills you’ve learned so far, and takes them to the next level.
We offer an extra optional training session, called Xtend on TB – Trim & Buoyancy.

Must be a minimum age of 10 years.
Certified as a PADI (Jr.) Open Water Diver or equivalent.
The theory includes:
Estimation of the correct weight for you considering air consumption.
Understanding of the amount of lead you need for various types of diving suits.
Understanding the difference between diving in fresh and salt water.
Tips on how to streamline your equipment for efficient underwater movement.
Advice on what type of fins are the best for you.
Techniques and tips on how to improve your buoyancy and trim.
For the practical part, which is 2 open water dives, you apply the theory that you have learnt in the classroom.
This includes; buoyancy control and trim, weight, tank positioning and streamlining.
To help you understand your diving posture we will video you. This enables to you to evaluate your progress and understand what you need to work on and why.
Our PADI PPB course is more advanced than the PADI basic standard for this. Over the years we have fine-tuned every detail of this intensive 2-day course.
If you follow our PADI PPB Course, we guarantee that you will see a big improvement in your;

We offer the possibility for an “optional” extra training session, Xtend on TB – Trim & Buoyancy.
Minimum age to take part in this is 15.
The Xtend on TB is not standard or included in the PPB – Peak Performance Buoyancy course. Xtend on TB includes:
• 1 open water dive.
• S-Drill, finning techniques and position awareness.
• Scubapro dive equipment rental.
• Cylinder fill
This “optional” extra training session costs €79 Included Taxes
Xtend on TB – Trim & Buoyancy is also suitable for divers who already hold a PADI PPB specialty certification and would like to extend their Trim and Buoyancy skills.
